Working Together – Wiijinokiiwag Collaboration Project was created and released in September 2021 to mainstream organizations who support and empower Indigenous Peoples within their organizations. This 1.5 Day Virtual Program is designed to bring awareness to life promotion, awareness, education, and collaboration that supports mainstream organizations to grow Indigenous Cultural Safety Practices. We focus on empowering, building, and growing connections & resources to ensure that we have safer environments for everyone.
This collaboration project is run in Seasonal Session from 9:15 am- 4:15 pm Day One and from 9:15 am- 12:15 noon Day Two with Expansion Projects, Community Collaboration Circles and Teaching Events offered additionally throughout the year to further the work of creating strong relationships of support between organization and services for the Indigenous Peoples in our community.
