Pre & Post Natal Care
Our health care providers provide pre-natal visits up to 20 weeks, then are referred for continued care and delivery to an obstetrician, family physician trained in obstetrical care or a midwife of your choice. Post-natal and well-baby visits will resume with the Nurse Practitioner after delivery.
Diabetes Management
Take charge of your health by managing or preventing diabetes with a combination of healthy living resources, tools and supports we offer at Mamaway. Our team can assist in managing diabetes by monitoring A1C levels, glucose levels and providing ongoing support with medication management, if required.
Chronic Conditions Support
We offer chronic disease prevention and management support for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, respiratory conditions and much more.
Cancer Screening
Learn more about the importance of cancer screening and preventative measures. Our Mamaway Wiidokdaadwin team can provide education and order cancer screenings according to your health history and / or the Cancer Care Ontario’s recommended screening schedule.
Footcare Services
Visit the Registered Nurse for professional footcare services. Footcare services are available for those living with diabetes as well as those who may require footcare services due to health-related issues and other complications.
Sexual Health Education
Speak with one of our registered nurses or a nurse practitioner regarding your sexual health to access contraception (birth control) and to obtain information regarding sexually transmitted infections; screening, treatment and education.
