Join the Mobile Maternity team for a free 6-week virtual support series designed to nurture your mental wellness through pregnancy and early parenthood. Together we’ll build connections, explore Indigenous teachings, and share practical tools in a safe, welcoming space.
Who should attend? This series is open to pregnant individuals and parents with babies up to 12 months of age living in Simcoe County. Partners and support people may be welcome for select sessions.

Guest Speakers throughout the series; Participants will hear from Indigenous knowledge keepers, Midwives, Mental Health Professionals, Early Childhood Specialists, and Community Support Providers who will share their knowledge, experiences and practical guidance.
