Come join Chris for some fun and exercise at HEART retreat for some snow shoeing weather permitting each week. If you don’t have your own shoes, we have some to lend you. We will gather at 3 pm each Monday afternoon.

To ensure continuous care during the holiday season, we are now accepting same day/next day online appointment bookings for urgent issues (such as fever, rash, sore throat, cold/flu, or UTI) at our Barrie and Orillia Clinics.
Please Note: This service is not intended for emergencies. For emergency situations, please go to a hospital.
