Join us for a two day event at Springwater Park Pavilion with John Rice and Leroy “Jock” Hill share the Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee Creation Story.

  • John Rice is a humorist, traditional storyteller and knowledge keeper, Zahgausgai zhinkaazo, Mukwa Dodemim, is an Ojibwa/Anishinabeninni and a 3rd Degree member of the Three Fires Midewiwin Society from WFN. John will share the Anishinaabe Creation Story on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 at 10:00am-4:00pm.
  • Hohahes Leroy “Jock” Hill is of the Cayuga Nation and Bear Clan. He is a Faithkeeper and Sub-Chief. He is a sanctioned speaker of The Great Law of Peace and Gaihwiyo. He is a speaker of 3 Haudenosaunee languages and one of the Wampum/Record Keepers for the Haudenosaunee and he will share the Haudenosaunee Creation Story on Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 at 10:00am-4:00pm.
