Community Bonfire – Regional Indigenous Musicians

Thank you everyone for sharing our call out for regional Indigenous Musicians.

We have secured 5 Talented Indigenous Musicians!

Let’s show our musicians some support and join them at the upcoming Community Bonfire while they share stories through song! You will find us beside the stage at Meridian Place from 7-9pm!

We will also have a fire and marshmallows plus some Indigenous craft vendors on site; healing bear remedies, noopimiing creations + a few others!

Feel free to bring your lawn chair for comfort but there will also be stadium seating available at the Meridian to enjoy the music and then an outdoor film.

A large pop up movie screen will be all set up on the stage for the Barrie Film Festival that evening where they will be showing an Indigenous film: Aitamaako’tamisskapi Natosi: Before the Sun Film at dusk (9:30pm).
