A 10 week program that uses the Medicine Wheel teachings and our Indigenous approach to healing to address the Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual aspects of addiction and mental health recovery
Programming is being offered to frontline workers from our regional Indigenous partners in North
Simcoe Muskoka looking to:
– work on personal healing
– grow their circle of support
– practice self-care
