DESCRIPTION:Good day! \nAre you currently receiving medical care or health care services in the Simcoe Muskoka region? Help us to build healthy pathways of care for Indigenous Peoples in our area! \nBANAC- Indigenous Cultural Safety Training Initiative Program is looking to hear about your medical experience accessing care in our region at GBGH\, CGMH\, OSMH\, RVH\, Southlake\, Waypoint\, or MAHC. \nWe are working with our regional healthcare providers to better define the needs and expectations of Culturally Safe Care for our Indigenous Community members\, and your voice of experience could really help us give feedback on the needs\, successes and barriers that need to be considered. \nJoin us for our 1st Indigenous Health Truthing Gathering being held for our Indigenous Community Members on Tuesday\, November 26th from 12 noon until 3 pm at Chigamik Health Centre – 287 Bayshore Dr. Midland. \nSpace is Limited to 30 participants and Registration is Required! \nLight lunch & prizes! \nRegister at: http://s.alchemer-ca.com/s3/8af9a6e8276d
