SUMMARY:Working Together- Wiijinokiiwag Presents- Diversity- A Different View of Collaboration
DESCRIPTION:During our initial Pilot Program Launch it was expressed to us that more information was needed around the ways that we could fully embrace & blend the best of both the Western & Indigenous lenses of knowledge to enhance our ability of understanding & growth. This 2-hour extension program builds on the topic of Diversity- A Different View of Collaboration digs deeper into the diversity of the workplace\, community\, and world. We recap the importance of seeing through all lens of “humanness”\, while brainstorming concrete ways to create and initiate changes that not only support & empower Indigenous Peoples but all Peoples to safely show-up in ways that truly impact a generational change for us all to live by! \nThe program is open our Mainstream Community and will allow you the opportunity to explore what the Working Together- Wiijinokiiwag Program has to offer. As a participant you can expect to dig deeper into this concept of living\, learning and connecting so that you can further build your toolbox of Cultural Safety Practices in growing your relationships with the Indigenous Peoples you are connecting with in your daily life and professional/organizational practice.  As a participant you can expect to dig deeper into this concept of living\, learning and connecting so that you can further build your toolbox of Cultural Safety Practices in growing your relationships with the Indigenous Peoples you are connecting with in your daily life and professional/organizational practice. \nPlease register your space by clicking the link listed below.
